The kitchen is open to the dining room and to the outside (the terrace and the courtyard with barbecue). It is equipped with 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators, 1 convection oven, 1 steam oven, 1 electric wine cellar, 1 induction hob, microwave, 8kg washing machine, tumble dryer. ...
Outside the 15 m x 5 m heated swimming pool offers a magnificent view of the Alpilles, with its pool house and several terraces. The property is located in the middle of several olive groves. It itself includes about 350 olive trees in organic cultivation. The land is planted with umbrella pines, cypresses and almonds and has 2 pools with water lilies and fish.
