General Description

Here is a beautiful example of a classic French chateau. Set in attractive private grounds with views over vineyards and countryside, and with a particularly large heated pool to boot, this thoughtfully refurbished property makes an excellent base for a holiday in the Dordogne. Internally, the highly appealing contemporary-style decor creates a relaxing atmosphere, and you will be very comfortable here. The chateau's location is also ideal, since it is only ten minutes' drive from Tourtoirac. Here you will find local shops and a restaurant, as well as some nice picnic spots along the banks of the Auvezere river. The village is famous for its 1000-year-old abbey and also for its amazing caves, which opened to the public in 2010.
