The pool is heated to 25°c free of charge and filters automatically needing no attention as it is maintained weekly. Sun loungers with arms and cushions are provided. Large terrace area fronting the whole length of the house laid to flower beds, paving and gravel. Large outdoor dining table and armchairs. Gas barbecue. Table tennis table and bike storeroom is in a shaded area of hard-standing beyond the terrace.
