General Description
The authenticity of this village house will seduce you from the moment you cross the gate. Quality materials, pleasant living spaces and refined rooms were the watchwords of the renovation undertaken by the owners. Wood, exposed stones, cement tiles or travertine, so many noble materials that give this an incredible Provençal charm, ideal for cocooning moments, with family or friends.
The house has a a large open plan living room with a dinning area and a fully equipped kitchen with door to patio. On the upper floor two double bedrooms one with an additional singe bed with two showers and WC, accommodating 4 guests.
The 200m2 of garden have been beautifully exploited with swimming pool surrounded by its pretty teak terrace will allow you to cool off on hot summer days, and take advantage of the solarium to relax on a deckchair after your bath.
The terrace bordering the house is sheltered by a pretty wrought iron pergola which will allow you to enjoy your lunches or your dinners while admiring the pretty landscape outside.
