In the heart of a pretty little village between Coutances and Granville in the Manche region of Normandy, this beautiful 18th century property consists of a mansion and its stone outbuildings. It is nestled in a wooded area dominated by a majestic bicentennial lime tree that stands alongside fruit trees and many other species of the region.
The house has been restored with a lot of respect for the history and traditions of the region.
It offers 4 en-suite bedrooms for 8 privileged guests with high quality towels, ecological bath products, high quality bedding, bathrobes, a private spa area of ??200 m2 with a heated indoor swimming pool and all the personalised services you may need for a short stay or a long vacation in Normandy.
This magnificent 300m2 house offers 2 interior lounges each with a fireplace, dining areas with a view of the park.
A large staircase leads to a first suite and the two double bedrooms. A second suite is nestled under a preserved artisanal roof framework.
The house's private spa is a unique place of relaxation and well-being. It includes a heated swimming pool 9x5m, 140 cm deep, a Hammam, a Sauna-halotherapy, a fitness area and a tea experience area.
Outside the large park is widely planted with trees. It includes a restored stone well that overlooks the large outdoor terrace in the shade of a walnut tree and a bicentennial lime tree. There is also a beautiful waterfall decorated with plants.
