General Description
The villa is located in a secure, gated community on the hillside, overlooking the Bay of Cannes.
There are study spaces / workstations dotted throughout the villa, perfect for combining business and pleasure.
The main living area is open plan in style, leading onto a stunning terracotta tiled terrace with views across to the sea.
Guests will enjoy the sauna and the Hammam for 8 people (with wet room, shower & WC)
The property has the perfect outdoor living space with a patio and terrace space.
There is a large 12 x 15 metre heated pool with hammocks. The pool area offers a fully equipped kitchen and a bar.
Guests will also appreciate dining tables, perfect to enjoy the great weather surrounded by family and friends.
There is a housekeeping which comes Tuesday & Thursday 3 hours

Please note that this Villa is ideal venue for fashion shoots and parties (up to 150 people, catering on request) also activities such as Diving, jet-skiing, sailing, golf, tennis, riding and more are available locally.
Option to charter the villa owners V65 Princess Motor Yacht.

Located close distance toTheoule-sur-Mer 4 km and the centre Cannes 11 km “La Croisette” and the beach where everyone gathers with plenty of restaurants shops & bars, however if you want to drag yourself away there are plenty of places to visit in the region such as Vence is full of interesting art galleries, craft shops and cafes and restaurants. Nearby St Paul de Vence has small cobbled streets with tempting artisan shops and is home to renowned restaurant La Colombe d'Or, and other villages such as Grasse the centre of perfumeries, Biot, Mougins, Antibes and Cap d'Antibes for lunch to the Eden Roc beach and just a short ditance further to Nice and Monaco and a little further enjoy a taste of Italy too or to the West Grasse and Fayence and even St Tropez
