This is a beautiful property located a few minutes walk from the lively village of Eygalières. It can accommodate up to 10 people in 4 double bedrooms with bathroom and a further sofa bed for two with shower room in the Pool house.

The Mas is decorated with taste in a cosy style and has an entry hall with a guest cloak room with WC, a large living room 80 m2, fireplace, TV, DVD player, sofas, piano and 2 patio doors, a dinning room seating for 10 and French window to covered terrace. It also has a fully modern equipped kitchen with a central island and a American fridge freezer and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

Its owners have created a wonderful garden that serves as a backdrop to this beautiful Mas of character with a contemporary decoration. The grounds 3 200 m² of fenced garden are perfectly planted with many relaxation areas, a large awning is arranged for meals on the terrace facing the pool, a charcoal barbecue and a pizza oven are at your disposal. The patio welcomes breakfast and the infinity pool 11 x 5 m is secured by an automatic cover so the young children can play safely in the garden while the pool is protected. The pool house is also equipped with a sofa bed as well as a shower and WC. It has parking for two cars with car port.

This region has plenty to offer. Apart from the charming picturesque village of Eygalières, walking distance from the villa with its shops and cafes and restaurants, one can venture a little further such as the lively village of St Rémy de Provence at just 7 kilometres, a charming classical little town, capital of the Alpilles with all the amenities, boulangeries, little boutiques, quaint pavement cafes and excellent restaurants. On its winding cobbled lanes you will discover the small squares, historic buildings, churches and museums and on Wednesday the colourful weekly market will offer you the opportunity to discover local products and handicrafts which is a must to see.
The landscape in this region is particularly picturesque, encompassing rolling hills dotted with quaint hilltop villages and countless hiking trails, extensive sunflower fields, olive groves. This region is steep with history, with plenty of sites to visit such as Les Baux de Provence (considered 'one of the most beautiful villages' in France), Avignon, Arles, Nîmes and Uzès and other towns you can easily visit in a day, and at only 30 to 45 minutes' drive and to the east is the Luberon region and further south, Camargue's unique wetland populated by pink flamingos and wild horses.
