General Description
This stone villa is beautifully decorated contemporary in style but to extreme high standard and it has a private pool.
The property offers a great comfort to relax and enjoy a pleasant holiday. Covering an area of 150 m2, can accommodate up to 6 people and it has a further bedroom with 4 beds, ideal for children. On the ground floor there is a modern fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful sunny living room, extending to a terrace overlooking the swimming pool (7 x 4 m) with quite and relaxing settings. Outside you can find comfortable sofas and summer lounges, a pergola with eating area, BBQ and table tennis, boules.
The accommodation consist of two double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and large beds (2 x 2 m), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (2 x 1 m) and bathrooms with shower and WC, and on the first floor, a bedroom/ dormitory with 4 separate beds and a large shower room.
Small entrance hall leads to a large open plan living room with large patio window to a terrace tastefully furnished and painted in pale natural colours and stone floors, door to the large terrace. To the other side of the living room, there is the kitchen fully equipped with all modern appliances, a sink, a cooker and a large dining table with French doors leading to a covered pergola terrace.
On the ground floor there is a large double bedroom with a 2 x 2 meter bed, with an en-suite bathroom and double sink. There is also a second large double bedroom with a 2 x 2 meter bed, an en-suite shower room with large walk in shower, sink and WC and a third twin bedroom with 1 meter beds, en-suite shower room with large walk in shower, sink and WC and French doors leading to a small private terrace.
There is a separate WC.
A spiral staircase to the first floor leading to a children bedroom/ dormitory (stair case is direct to the children room): four beds (90 cm), across the mistrial gallery, shower room with double basin and WC.
All bedrooms have air-conditioned.
To the front of the house there is a large pergola with gas BBQ and a heated pool (7 x 4).
Also, there is ample parking and a large carport for 3 cars.
