General Description
This is an enchanting property with full of character, accommodating three en-suite bedrooms with air-condition and a delightful heated pool 10 x 4 set in a well maintained garden. To the other side of the property you can enjoy a beautiful country setting among the vineyards and just 1.6 km from the picturesque village of Plan de la Tour.
On the ground floor is a lovely spacious living room with sofas,TV, steps down to a fully equipped kitchen with two fridges and a dining area. There is one double bedroom with 160 cm four poster bed, air-conditioned with en-suite shower room basin and WC. On the first floor there is one double bedroom with 160 cm bed with en-suite shower room and a twin bedroom with 90 cm beds with air-conditioning and a en-suite shower room.
Outside there are two terraces for sitting and dining and there is a large gas barbecue.
