General Description
Rustic style and charming Provencal 'Mas' for 21 persons, in an exceptional location, a haven of peace at the foot of the Luberon overlooking the beautiful village of Bonnieux.
This property is located at the heart of a magnificent 3 ha (7 acre) park. This estate is ideal for guests who would like to enjoy the amazing colours of Provence, stroll through the landscaped gardens surrounded by fruit trees and breathe in the many different Mediterranean essences of rosemary, lavender and thyme, and be marvelled by the stone bories and ruins in the park of this antique farmhouse.
This stone-built 'Mas' has 300 sqm of high-quality living space, fully air-conditioned, with 7 suites entirely renovated with excellent taste and refinement. There is an entrance hall with a guest cloakroom with WC. There is also a spacious living room and dining area, with high ceilings and comfortable sofas (one of which is convertible as a 140cm sofa bed), large corner fireplace, TV (satellite) and to the back is the large dining table for 14 people and a library area on the overlooking mezzanine. The property has a pretty Provencal fully equipped kitchen with cooking stove, hot plate, 2 ovens, microwave, refrigerator, US fridge/freezer, freezer, ice machine, coffee maker, Nespresso, dishwasher, toaster, kettle. There are also 3 double bedrooms on this floor. All these bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with shower, basin, and WC.
On the garden level, there are 3 additional bedrooms, the children's room with three single beds and a small en-suite shower room and two larger double bedrooms with full en-suite bathroom. There is a work out area (under the veils behind the fountain) with Nordic Track machines, gluteal muscle bike and a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, and ironing board extra fridge and a freezer. Also, you can find a Finish sauna (4 places) - heating 80°.
At the back of the mezzanine (first floor) above the living room, there is a small double bedroom with en-suite shower room. On the second floor, there is the master bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, open bathroom with separate WC and sitting area with a desk in the veranda.

There is a summer kitchen with dining facilities, a barbecue and a small fridge. One can relax around the large sun terrace by the pool or for the more energetic enthusiast you can play table tennis or basketball and other games.

Local Area / Activities
The nearest village is Bonnieux, over 1 kilometre and is one of the many historic hilltop villages in the region. Dating back to Roman times, you will find plenty of small shops, bakeries, small supermarkets, pharmacy, banks and a local weekly market. Is a perfect place to stroll around and have a drink in one of the many cafes or having a meal in one of the restaurants.
Just 10 kilometres away is Apt, a bustling town. Its colourful Saturday market and attractive old town is a must. There are also several large supermarkets ideal to do the weekly shop. You will find some good restaurants here too. Slightly further afield but still only a relatively short drive are Avignon and Aix en Provence, both of which would make wonderful day trips.
